# Plans and billing

Pro and Ultra, how pricing works, codes, payment and cancelling.

## Plans

| Plan | Includes |

| **Pro** | The web app, the TradingView extension, MotiveWave, Discord chart commands and AI assistants (MCP) |
| **Ultra** | Everything in Pro plus the q-bitf desktop terminal, when it is released |

A plan can show **Coming soon** while new sign-ups are closed. Members already
on it keep it and renew as normal.

## How pricing works

- **Monthly** gets cheaper the longer your subscription runs without a break,
  down to a floor, and stays there while you stay.
- **Yearly** charges the floor rate for twelve months from day one.
- If you cancel or lapse, the ladder starts again. Come back soon after a
  break and you keep part of your place.

## Codes

A creator or promo code takes its discount off every payment for as long as
you stay subscribed. Type it at checkout: codes are never applied for you. If
you already pay with the public q-bitf code, a creator code you type later
replaces it when its discount is at least as large.

## Paying

Pay by card or, in Thailand, by PromptPay. Prices are in US dollars.

## Cancelling

Cancel any time from **Settings → Plan & billing**. You keep access until the
end of the period you paid for. See the [Refund Policy](https://q-bitf.com/legal/refund).
