Accessibility Statement
Effective date: November 5, 2026
q-bitf aims to make its website, terminal, documentation, and support usable by people with disabilities and uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every screen currently conforms.
What we are working on
We work on keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, colour contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and text alternatives. Dense, interactive market charts and some third-party authentication, payment, video, or embedded content may have limitations. We prioritise practical alternatives for essential account and support tasks.
Feedback and assistance
If a feature, document, or purchase flow is difficult to use, email [email protected]. Include the page or feature, the problem, your browser or assistive technology if comfortable, and the format or accommodation that would help. We will acknowledge the request and work toward a reasonable alternative. Accessibility feedback does not affect account eligibility.
