Terms of Service
Effective date: November 5, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using q-bitf (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
The Privacy Notice, Financial & Risk Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms that apply to a feature you use are incorporated into these Terms.
2. The Service
q-bitf provides market analytics derived from publicly available and licensed third-party market data, including options-exposure metrics, volatility analytics, and related tooling. The Service is educational; it is not a broker, advisor, or trading venue, and it executes no trades.
3. Accounts
Access may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute data or analytics from the Service; (b) probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) reverse engineer the Service; (d) use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party data-provider terms; (e) upload, import, link or share content that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, analytics, and content, is owned by its operator. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Your content
Some features let you add your own material: journal entries and trade reviews, Study notes and boards, notes imported from an Obsidian vault or Google Drive, links to images and videos, profile text and images, support messages and shared study copies ("your content").
- You keep ownership of your content. You give q-bitf a limited licence to store, copy, display and transmit it only as needed to run the features you use: for example to save your notes, sync them with your vault, or show a profile you made public. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or in backups that are cycled out over time.
- You are responsible for your content. Only add material you created or have permission to use. Course videos, paid indicators, books, other people's charts and similar material belong to their owners; linking to them or quoting them for your own study may be fine, but copying or re-sharing them may not be.
- Private by default. Journal and Study content is private to your account. We do not review it, but we may remove or disable access to content that we are told, or reasonably believe, infringes someone's rights or breaks these Terms.
7. Copyright complaints
Only upload material you have the right to use. We may remove content and restrict repeat infringers. Instructions for copyright notices and counter-notices are in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
8. Subscriptions, payment and refunds
q-bitf Pro and q-bitf Ultra are paid subscriptions billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or twelve months). Ultra includes everything in Pro plus the q-bitf desktop terminal. Prices are in US dollars, are shown before you pay and are inclusive of any applicable tax. PromptPay payments are charged in Thai baht at the amount shown before you pay.
Monthly subscriptions use loyalty pricing: the monthly price steps down for each consecutive month your subscription stays active, down to a lowest rate that then applies for as long as it stays active. If your subscription lapses (is not renewed within two days of its end date) or is cancelled and runs out, the price steps back up when you return: if you had reached the lowest rate, returning within three months of your paid period ending resumes at the third month's price, returning within six months resumes at the second month's price, and returning later starts again from the first month's price. If you had not reached the lowest rate, or a payment is refunded or disputed, loyalty pricing starts again from the first month's price.
Prices shown are list prices. A discount code (a public code applied automatically, or a code from a partner) takes its percentage off each payment for as long as your subscription stays active. One code applies per subscription and codes do not combine with each other or with founder or earlier-member rates. We may end a code at any time; its discount then stops from your next renewal, and the price shown before that renewal applies. If your subscription lapses, a previous code no longer applies.
The public code applies only while your linked Discord account displays the q-bitf server tag. We check this when you pay and again at every renewal; if the tag is not displayed at that moment, that payment is at the price without the public code. Partner codes do not require the tag.
Upgrading from Pro to Ultra starts the Ultra period on the day you pay. Any Pro time you had left ends at that moment and is not credited or refunded, and a card subscription to Pro is stopped so you are not charged for both.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscriptions are non-refundable. Payment buys access for the period purchased, and that period is not refundable in whole or in part, including for unused time, for access you did not use, or if you stop trading. The Refund Policy explains the exceptions and how to ask for help.
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until it runs out. Nothing is charged after you cancel.
Renewal is automatic only where you pay by card. PromptPay payments are one-off: nothing is ever taken from your account without you initiating it, and access simply ends when the period you paid for runs out.
If a payment is late, access continues for a short grace period rather than stopping the moment the date passes.
We may issue a refund at our discretion — for example where you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not access the Service for an extended period because of a fault on our side. Ask through a support ticket.
We may end access without refund if these Terms are breached, including sharing an account or redistributing the data.
9. Disclaimers and risk
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See the Financial & Risk Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. Trading futures and options carries substantial risk of loss.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of q-bitf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses, or any loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Third-party services and additional terms
Some features depend on third-party platforms, data, or software. Their own terms also apply, and q-bitf does not control their availability. The EULA, Extensions Terms, API Terms, Academy Terms, Market Data Terms, and Redistribution Policy apply when you use those parts of the Service.
12. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
13. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or your access) at any time, with or without notice.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.
