Affiliate Program Terms
Version 2026-09-29.2 · Effective date: September 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and q-bitf. By applying to the q-bitf Affiliate Program you accept them. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice, which also apply to you.
1. Joining
You apply from the Affiliate page. q-bitf may accept or decline any application, and may ask for more information. Once accepted you receive a personal affiliate code and link.
When you accept these terms you choose one of two plans (section 3). Your choice is recorded with your acceptance.
2. Your code
- Members who sign up with your code get the discount shown on your dashboard on every payment for as long as their subscription runs unbroken.
- A member's code is fixed for their subscription run. It can't be switched to another affiliate's code mid-run.
- You can't use your own code on your own account: it gives you no discount and earns no commission. Neither do accounts you control or are paid to create (no self-referral).
3. Plans and commission
You earn a percentage of what each referred member actually pays, for as long as they keep paying, under the plan you chose:
- q-bitf plan. Your percentage for each member rises the longer that member stays subscribed (currently 5% in their first month, 10% in their second, 15% in months 3–5 and 20% from month 6). While your affiliate code is active, your own q-bitf subscription costs the lowest price for its tier.
- Volume plan. Your percentage depends on how many of your referrals are active (paid within the last month) when each payment is made: currently 10% with 1–10 active referrals, 15% with 11–25 and 20% with 26 or more. It rises automatically. Your own subscription is at the normal price.
On both plans, growing your active referrals also unlocks the non-monetary perks listed on your dashboard (Starter, Growth, Partner). The current rates, perks and any per-member limit are shown on your Affiliate dashboard; they are part of these terms.
- Commission is calculated from money actually received, after the member's discount, and converted to US dollars. Free or complimentary access earns nothing.
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment before it becomes payable, so refunds and chargebacks can settle.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled if still on hold, or deducted from your next payout if it was already payable.
4. Payouts
- Request a payout from your dashboard once your payable balance reaches the minimum shown there (currently $10). Smaller balances roll over.
- q-bitf reviews each request, then pays by PromptPay (for affiliates in Thailand), Wise, or Bitcoin to the details you gave us. Payout details must be accurate and in your own name (for Bitcoin, a wallet address you control); payments sent to details you provided are final.
- Transfer costs are taken out of the payout: the Wise fee, or the Bitcoin network fee. Your dashboard shows an estimate before you request, and the actual fee is shown with each payout. PromptPay has no fee. Currency and Bitcoin conversion is at the rate of the payment provider at the time of sending.
- q-bitf may withhold tax where the law requires it (for example Thai withholding tax) and will give you a record of it. You are responsible for declaring and paying your own taxes.
- q-bitf may hold a payout while it investigates suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.
5. How you may promote q-bitf
You must:
- Clearly disclose that you earn commission from your link or code, wherever you share it.
- Describe q-bitf accurately: it is an analytics tool, not a broker, adviser or signal service.
You must not:
- Promise or imply profits, guaranteed results, or "risk-free" trading, or present anything as financial advice.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk DMs, or post your code where the community's rules forbid it.
- Bid on "q-bitf" or confusingly similar terms in paid search or ads, or run ads that look like they come from q-bitf.
- Impersonate q-bitf or its staff, or use q-bitf's name or logo beyond identifying the product you're recommending.
- Post your code on coupon or deal-aggregator sites, or use cookie stuffing, bots or fake accounts.
6. Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of q-bitf, and you may not make commitments on q-bitf's behalf. Information about members that q-bitf shares with you is anonymised; don't try to identify them.
7. Ending the agreement
Either side may end this agreement at any time. Commission already earned and payable under these terms is still paid, unless the agreement ended because of fraud or a serious breach, in which case unpaid commission is forfeited and q-bitf may reclaim commission paid on fraudulent activity.
8. Changes
q-bitf may change these terms or the commission rates. Changes are announced in advance on your dashboard or in Discord and apply to commission earned after they take effect. Continuing in the program after that means you accept them.
9. Liability
The Affiliate Program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, q-bitf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
