API Terms
Effective date: November 5, 2026
These terms apply when q-bitf provides you an API, API key, data endpoint, webhook, software-development kit, or other programmatic access. They do not promise that a public API is available.
Access and security
Use only documented endpoints and the key issued to you, within the plan, purpose, device, and rate limits shown. Keep credentials secret; do not place private keys in public code or repositories. You are responsible for requests made with your credentials and must report suspected compromise promptly.
Restrictions
Do not scrape undocumented endpoints; evade quotas; interfere with service; use access to build a substitute or competing market-data service; identify other users; introduce malware; automate prohibited trading activity; or resell, sublicense, cache, publish, or redistribute API data except under a separate written licence. Source-provider and exchange restrictions in the Market Data Terms apply.
Changes, limits, and suspension
q-bitf may apply rate limits, change schemas or endpoints, require key rotation, deprecate versions, or suspend access for security, legal, capacity, or abuse reasons. Where practical, material planned changes will be announced. Do not design a safety-critical or order-execution process that assumes the API will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ownership and feedback
q-bitf and its licensors own the API, documentation, and supplied data. You own your application. Feedback may be used without obligation, but it does not give q-bitf ownership of your application or confidential information.
