q-bitf respects copyright and responds to properly submitted infringement notices under applicable law. This contact process does not represent that q-bitf has registered a U.S. Copyright Office designated agent.

Copyright notice

Email [email protected] with subject "Copyright notice" and include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your name, postal address, telephone number, and email; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, agent, or law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.

We may remove or disable access, notify the user who posted the material, ask for missing information, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability.

Counter-notice

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email the same address with: your signature; the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and the consent to jurisdiction and service required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may forward a valid counter-notice to the complainant and restore material after 10 to 14 business days unless we are notified of a court action seeking to restrain it.
