End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: November 5, 2026

This EULA applies to q-bitf downloadable software, desktop applications, indicators, plug-ins, and related updates (the "Software"). The Terms of Service also apply.

Licence

While your account and any required subscription are active, q-bitf grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of devices or seats shown for your plan. The Software is licensed, not sold. q-bitf and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

Restrictions

You may not share licence keys or accounts; copy or distribute the Software; sell, sublicense, rent, host, or provide it as a service; bypass access or device limits; extract or redistribute data; or reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted by contract.

Updates and third-party platforms

The Software may update automatically for security, compatibility, or feature changes. It may depend on third-party platforms such as TradingView or MotiveWave. Those platforms are independent, their terms apply, and changes they make may affect the Software. q-bitf is not endorsed by them unless expressly stated.

Data and security

The Privacy Notice explains data handling. Keep keys and credentials secure, use official downloads, and promptly install security updates. Do not use the Software to submit or automate orders unless q-bitf expressly identifies a feature as supporting that activity.

Termination

This licence ends when your qualifying access ends or if you breach this EULA. When it ends, stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.

Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. The warranty exclusions, liability limits, and governing law in the Terms of Service apply. Nothing excludes a non-waivable consumer right.
