These terms apply to courses, lessons, workshops, study material, community sessions, quizzes, and certificates labelled as q-bitf Academy.

Education only

Academy content is general education, not personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Examples and hypothetical trades are illustrations, not recommendations or promises of performance. The Financial & Risk Disclaimer applies.

Access and content licence

Academy access is personal and non-transferable for the period shown at purchase or enrolment. You may use supplied materials for your own study. Do not record private sessions or copy, publish, sell, teach from, or distribute lessons, downloads, answers, or member content without written permission.

Participation and certificates

Respect instructors and participants and follow community rules. You retain ownership of assignments you create and grant q-bitf the limited permission needed to host and review them. Completion certificates, if offered, confirm only completion of stated q-bitf requirements; they are not an accredited degree, professional licence, employment qualification, or trading guarantee.

Availability, payment, and changes

Schedules, instructors, and content may change. If a paid Academy product has specific cancellation terms, they will be shown before purchase; otherwise the Refund Policy applies. Access may be removed for sharing, harassment, infringement, cheating, or other serious rule violations.
