Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common problems with the app, extension, MotiveWave and MCP.
The app#
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Verify with Discord keeps coming back | Link the Discord account that is in the q-bitf server, and check you still have the member role |
| Upgrade or Subscription required | Your plan is not active. Check Settings → Plan & billing |
| Signed in somewhere else | Your access moved to another device or platform. Continue here to sign the other one out |
| Maintenance | q-bitf is being updated. Try again shortly |
| Stuck on Loading dealer-gamma engine... | Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) |
| A panel shows warming up or an old time | Data is refreshing. It catches up within a minute or two; out of hours it holds the last session |
TradingView#
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Invalid key | Paste the key again from Settings → Platforms & API keys, or regenerate it |
| Subscription expired | Renew your plan; the same key starts working again |
| Key in use on another device | Your key is active somewhere else. Claim it here to move it |
| Key shared | The key was used from too many networks today. Regenerate it |
| Rate limited or too many symbols | Too many requests or symbols in a short time. Wait a few minutes |
| No lines on the chart | Check the symbol is supported and the extension is enabled for TradingView |
MotiveWave#
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The study isn't in the menu | Check the jar is in the Extensions folder and restart MotiveWave |
| That code doesn't match | Check the code shown on your chart and enter it again |
| This sign-in expired | Click Verify with Discord on the chart to start again |
| It signs out on its own | It works on one computer at a time. Another computer signed in |
MCP#
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The assistant can't connect | Use the exact address https://api.q-bitf.com/mcp |
| Pro or Ultra plan message | MCP needs an active plan |
| Discord membership message | Rejoin the server or re-verify on q-bitf.com |
| Rate limit reached | Wait a minute |
